SAT Reasoning and Subject Test

  • The SAT, one of two admissions tests (the ACT being the other), is often required for admission to US universities. The test consists of two testing sections: evidence-based reading and writing and math. The test is designed to measure critical thinking and analytical skills. New format is based on a 200-800 grading scale.
